Audigy Group, Board of Directors

AG's management is advised by Group Directors elected from the Membership Base for a defined term. Among their responsibilities, Group Directors serve on committees corresponding to the most important areas of AG's business affairs. They, along with senior management, also select an External Advisory Board to provide objective outside guidance on AG's direction and development. The Inaugural Board has been selected through Management nomination. After a two-year, non-consecutive term, the Board will be selected through a Member election.
