Rather than providing general business advice from outside experts or managers of corporate-owned practices, AG is developing and delivering best practices tuned to specific operating environments through an innovative peer-to-peer mentorship structure.  This structure relies on four critical components:

  • Organization and incentives that connect the right individuals and encourage conversations to happen;
  • Focused, two-way information exchange that ensures those conversations are productive;
  • Feedback mechanisms that build credibility, create accountability and drive action; and
  • Centers of excellence that capture best practices from the Group and distill them into “Practitioner’s Playbooks.”

Audigy Group LLC Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Structure

Audigy Group will broker mentoring relationships between business owners in different geographies based on detailed AG Local Market Profiles™ and AG Member Profiles™.  In general, smaller Members will be paired with larger Members who operate in similar environments, run similar business models and have successfully confronted similar challenges.  Members also have access to others in the Group with specialized expertise through a managed referral program.

Mentoring conversations themselves will focus on well-defined business goals and be supported by an up-front exchange of Profile information.  After these conversations, Members receiving advice will provide structured feedback to AG’s management about mentors’ effectiveness and the impact of their discussions.  AG will provide the necessary technology for information exchange, process management and tracking.
