Brandon M. Dawson

CEO/Founder

Brandon M. Dawson

Prior to founding Audigy Group LLC, Brandon served for seven years as the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Sonus Corp, a publicly-traded company. During his tenure at Sonus, he raised $35 million in four equity transactions and $20 million in strategic growth capital, and he acquired in excess of 100 hearing aid practices resulting in over $50 million in annual revenue. He was responsible for forming and creating the Sonus Network, a national network at over 1,000 locations, and negotiating with suppliers on the network’s behalf. Prior to founding Sonus, Brandon was the National Sales Manager at Starkey Laboratories, a leader in worldwide hearing aid manufacturing. In addition to his accomplishments in the hearing industry, Brandon has identified and negotiated approximately $100 million in a variety of real estate and other financial transactions as a partner, principle and representative. He is also a frequent lecturer and mentor on entrepreneurship and business building techniques.

Mason B. Walker

President

Mason B. Walker

Appointed president in 2011, Mason has provided significant influence in the formation and development of Audigy Group. Mason joined Audigy group in 2004 and assisted Brandon and Tammy Dawson in the initial launch of the company. His initial business development efforts were to identify key hearing care professionals across the US who aligned with AG's vision. His success in this endeavor ensured AG was on a path to the rapid growth it has continued to achieve since launching. His deep operational expertise has been cultivated while spending thousands of hours interviewing elite private practitioners and visiting hundreds of clinics to document the most efficient procedures and systems. That expertise and collaboration provided the framework to assist with crafting AG's unique ground-breaking delivery system. Mason joined AG after a successful career in high value net worth distribution channels. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business from University of Portland where he was a recognized scholarship recipient.

Chris K. Roberts

Controller

Chris K. Roberts

Born and raised in the Willamette Valley, Chris Roberts brings tremendous experience and dedication to his role as Controller at Audigy Group. Awarded a four-year scholarship, Chris graduated with honors from the University of Portland with a double major in Accounting and Finance. Chris' previous experience includes working for KPMG, an international public accounting firm, as well as with a local public accounting firm in the Portland area. While at KPMG, Chris specialized in audits, servicing ten notable public and non-public companies. Chris performed year-end audits, Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls testing, quarterly reviews, and benefits plan audits. His work has extended into a variety of industries, including: high-tech, construction, healthcare and forest products. In addition, his professional experience includes forensic accounting for one of Oregon's fastest growing companies as well as providing financial management and accounting services for various locally owned businesses.

Sarah Laughlin

Vice President of Human Resources

Sarah Laughlin

Sarah Laughlin has spent her 15+ year career in Human Resources with the objective of linking business strategy and employee performance to help achieve a goal driven culture. As a believer in the premise that the most important resource that any company possesses is employees who are able to think beyond their job descriptions, she has spent her energies linking change and performance management, communication, recruitment and retention, and total compensation strategies to help propel businesses and employees to reach their potential.

Sarah has experience in healthcare, retail and banking sectors. With a Master's Degree in Human Resources and a Certificate in Project Management, Sarah has also managed several HRIS software implementations that led to greater cost and reporting efficiencies for the HR departments that she has managed. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Maggie Carter

Vice President of Innovation & Technology

Maggie Carter

As the Vice President of Innovation & Technology, Maggie's role is to align the complete strategic process of introducing new software products to market with the objectives of the people and processes utilizing them. She has spent the majority of her 20 year career in the direct to consumer and high tech industries, starting and building high performing teams. Her professional passion is the design and creation of elegant and business relevant web based software solutions that enable transformation and scale. With a deep project and program management background, Maggie has expertise in both startup scenarios and companies expanding to new channels, verticals and products. She utilizes leadership experiences from organizations such as Nike, American Express, lucy Activewear, Orchard Brands, Sequent Computer Systems, and Legacy Healthcare Systems. Her formal education in Industrial and Organizational Psychology is very consistent with her personal goals surrounding social entrepreneurship. As a former member of the YWCA board of directors and current volunteer with local non-profit social agencies such as the Friendly House, SOLV and the Equity Foundation, Maggie strives to creatively improve systems in order to invent and disseminate new approaches and advance sustainable solutions that create social value. Traveling has become a top priority to Maggie, in part, due to her belief that it provides perspective, empathy and compassion too see how others live, love and persevere.

Misty Walker

Vice President of Marketing

Misty Walker

Misty Walker joined Audigy Group as an intern in January 2005 after returning from the University of Groningen, Netherlands, where she completed international studies coursework. Walker established the Audigy Group Marketing department as the company’s first and only Marketing Manager in 2005, where she singlehandedly managed all AG Member marketing needs before her promotion to Director of Marketing in 2009. As Director of Marketing, Walker oversaw a team of eight Marketing Managers, and worked directly with AG’s Directors of Finance and Operations in an effort to promote and sustain consistent growth for over 200 Member businesses.

In 2011, Walker was again promoted for her marketing savvy and attentiveness to AG Member needs, this time to Vice President of Marketing, where she manages a 30+ team of Media Buyers, Marketing Coordinators, Project Managers, Digital and Social Media Specialists, and full scale Creative Agency. Walker’s ambition and direction have been instrumental in the success and development of Audigy Group’s vision as hearing care industry leaders.

Prior to her work with Audigy Group, Walker received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Public Relations from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was featured on the Dean’s list for the NAU School of Communication. She also participated in Golden Key National Honor Fraternity and the Public Relations Student Society of America. In addition to her thriving career at Audigy Group, Walker has a passion for yoga and fashion.
