Ownership Maturity Model

Audigy Group’s Ownership Maturity Model
Rollover each section to learn more

Audigy Group recognizes that the development of businesses is integrated with the development of their owners, and has adopted an Ownership Maturity Model™ (OMM) that clarifies this relationship and provides another basis for analysis.

The OMM is adapted from a powerful framework called CASHFLOW Quadrant, developed by Robert Kiyosaki in the 1990s. His framework explains how small business owners’ personal attitudes and behaviors shape their company and their company's performance.

Audigy Group’s Ownership Maturity Model has been extremely useful in evaluating Member Candidates' abilities to achieve their personal, professional and financial goals while preserving their independence. It has also been valuable in helping us identify business culture issues that are being manifested by the individual practice owner.

By focusing on the key themes in each phase of ownership maturity, Audigy Group provides services to help owners develop so that they can drive their practice's economic performance across every stage of their life cycle. This focus on owners is a critical supplement to our focus on their businesses.
