Baseline Practice Assessment (BPA)

Audigy Group Members qualify to have this in-depth practice, marketplace and staff assessment compiled and delivered by a team of specialists in operations, professional development, finance, marketing, human resources and other key functional areas. The process starts with a team comprised of a senior level Audigy Group executive, one SBU Manager (Operations, Finance or Marketing) and at least one high-level Audigy Group Business Analyst traveling on-site to your office(s). During the visit, the team pulls data, reviews operations, meets with staff, reviews competitors and assesses marketplace particulars. The data and on-site analysis are then brought back to Audigy Group corporate where it is blended with extensive market research specific to your market area and compared with similar practices nationally to formulate a baseline. After the extensive data, research and analysis are combined into functional areas (typically a 150-400 page report), a senior team analyzes and then presents the data to you in a highly-productive two day session at Audigy’s corporate office. To ensure successful execution of the vision established by the Member, the practice leaves the 2-day operating session with a comprehensive detailed 90 day integration plan.
