Delivery Model

There is no better way to ensure success than to have experienced partners guide you through all the necessary steps to build your practice. Audigy Group’s infrastructure invests in each member by assigning them a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The SBU incorporates the three cornerstones of business (Finance, Marketing and Operations) by integrating your local practice into the delivery of the Shared Services applications offered by the group. Each SBU manager (Finance/Marketing/Operations) has the expertise and experience in their discipline and collectively they provide proactive guidance that addresses the specific needs of each member within their territory.
Discover
In the discovery stage, the Audigy Group SBU works with the Member to identify where the Member would like to be personally, professionally and financially. Short-term and long-term goals are established, providing the destination point they want to reach.
Define
The next step is to define where the Member and the practice are in their business life cycle. That definition requires a complete diagnostic of the business and the market. In that diagnostic, the SBU will help the Member identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the company and determine what operating variables are creating the current condition.
Design
Once it is understood where the Member's practice currently operates and where the Member would like to go, the Audigy Group team, led by the SBU, will design a specific set of plans to put the Member on the road to success.
Develop
Once the plan is in place, Audigy Group helps each individual identify the tools necessary to achieve maximum results from the plans. Most of the tools will already be available inside the existing suite of Shared Services. However, if they are not available, Audigy Group professionals will work to develop them for the Member.
Deliver
One of the most critical elements of success is the delivery of the plan and the insertion of Shared Services into the Member's practice. In this phase the SBU will help each Owner or staff member insert Shared Services into their business and ensure that the execution is precise. The SBU stays involved post-execution to reinforce and continuously expand delivery.
