Onboarding
By analyzing the successful onboarding of a significant number of elite private practices, Audigy has developed procedures to ensure new Member/Owners are onboarded in a well-defined and structured process that seamlessly integrates the new Members practice with the Audigy Shared Services delivery model. Immediately upon Membership, the assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU) assumes accountability for a 3-phase onboarding process. The timing and duration of each phase is entirely dependent upon each new Member's desires/needs and capabilities. Audigy can execute and will generally recommend a 90-day time frame for full completion of all three phases. The following are a very brief overview of the three phases.
Phase 1: Introduction Period
- Audigy personnel
- Shared Services
- Defining personal, professional and financial goals
- Audigy communications
- Audigy Group Introduction to Members staff & Operations
- Audigy Group Member events/trainings
Phase 2: Initial Utilization of Shared Services
- Active SBU communications
- Indentifying Shared Services applicable to goal achievement
- Initial SBU review of operations
- Marketing support
- HR support
Phase 3: Integration Phase
- Shared Services integration
- Performance indicators
- Staff/Audigy Group integration
- Active training and development activities
- Member events
- Baseline Practice Assessment (BPA)
